Location is favourable and stunning, close to open market. The staff is wonderful and the breakfast is delicious and particularly nice. The rooms are cozy and have particularly good views.

I chose to stay at Grand Hotel Urban to explore Lac Anosy, and I was pleasantly surprised by the option of free bodyguard service provided by the hotel. Additionally, I loved the in-house restaurant that offered a variety of delicious Mediterranean dishes and the opportunity to enjoy a drink while admiring the city view from the sky bar.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. its value for money is outstanding, especially considering its central location near the airport in a safe area. I was also impressed by the attention to detail throughout the hotel, from the beautifully decorated rooms with sweet balconies, to the friendly and attentive staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The basic amenities were all in place, and I particularly enjoyed waking up to a delicious breakfast every morning.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

During my Christmas holiday, I stayed in a hotel that featured an impeccable interior decoration and a really welcoming atmosphere. The panoramic view was the highlight of my stay and I loved how conveniently located it was - right in the heart of the city. The breakfast buffet was excellent and offered a variety of tasty dishes to start the day with.

I felt that the service at the hotel was not top-notch. The rooms were quite small, and there were no covers for the pillows.

Despite being in an unsafe area, the hotel is well-secured and safe, with attentive and helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a good range of amenities including a hearty breakfast, and the views from some of the rooms are breathtaking.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the terrace had amazing views of the city. the location was central, making it easy to explore the city on foot. Plus, the live music band on Friday night was a great addition to the atmosphere.

The WiFi did not work everywhere in the hotel, and the rooms were not as soundproof as advertised. This made it difficult to sleep in when the roosters began crowing early in the morning, and the noise from the street could be heard well into the night.
